Real Solution To Nigeria Epileptic Power Supply

The solution to Nigeria epileptic power supply depends on the Federal government because most politicians used to go to abroad and see the ways of solving it but denying to do it .

The best way to solve this problem if i were in Mr President's shoes is to make sure that residential houses throughout the nation do not use private power generator. By this i mean all homes including that of the president, governors, senators, etc are banned from using private power generators. Only banks, industries, companies, hotels, firms, workshops, salons, factories, government houses, Aso rock villa, etc should be allowed to use private power generators incase of power failure. This should be strongly implemented, even by removing a generator set from President Yar'Adua's compound in Katsina State to show  example to others.

Why the above suggestion considered is that when power problem becomes everybody's problem, there is certainly hope and quick solution to this epileptic power problem. When everybody is feeling this pain together, we can collectively solve our problem.

The next step the Ferderal Government can embark to ensure that this goal is realised is by appointing six Regional States Power Ministers for the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria. Their duty should be to make sure that our power problem is solved in each zone. They have to work and report to the minister of power  and Mr. President directly.

To apply these methods cannot only solve our power problem but the willingness of the federal government to release fund for this project to come to reality  plays a very important role. In view of this, federal government officials may be subject to profit insight gained from generator importers. Therefore if all these are considered and put in place, epileptic power supply in Nigeria can soon be a thing of  the past.
