One of these is, give him more chance as people learn from their past mistakes, I believe he is going to put the team in order by sourcing out serious and devoted players.

Moreover, I personally advise him not to look at the talents of professionals rather, he should attend local club matches and pick talented players, and subject them together for some time and see if they would not yield the desired results.

Also, if he is sacked, whom would you replace him with?
